"Do not get your insurance here!!! I got a quote from Luis and he quoted me $191 and the reason why I agreed to this policy was cause I wanted it to be the same exact thing as I had with the policy before. He Promised me that that’s how much my payment will be monthly as I am very organized and what I need to pay monthly. I started getting calls and emails about the drive safe for discounts but I never agreed to this and they pulled from my account an extra $80 stating that I had this discount agreement and since I didn’t update the information they prorated my account and charged me $249 and that’s what my monthly payment will be with them. I asked for Luis to call me on a Monday. He never called me until I called them on Friday. He stated that the emails and the text messages were to tell me about that extra added feature. He added for discount because he truthfully didn’t tell me himself I don’t know if he’s up selling people so he can get commission, but this is very dishonest. I asked for Thomas to call me on Friday. I never received a call from him. It is now Wednesday, giving him the benefit of the doubt to call me Monday and Tuesday no call no care. I asked if he was in today and it was his day off. They were so happy and quickly to cancel my policy. They do not care about you here. Go to progressive I got $100 off of the quote that they have me here at State Farm Run away. Do not get your insurance here. They do not care about you and they try to upsell you and lie to you about discounts."
