"My dad had multiple policies with this firm for many yrs which I helped him manage. The staff is always willing to help and courteous but God forbid you actually file claims with them . State Farm will do everything in their power to reject the claims and will make it as complicated as they can for you to file and move forward with the claims. We had to go as far as to hire an attorney to get his home roof repaired it only took 2 yrs, 2 different attorney firms and hundreds of calls for his roof to get repaired. Such a shame."
